Summary
The project is focused with observation of physical characteristics of layers of fine, superfine to nano-scale particles at different fluidized and vibration regimes and their mutual combinations. Different operating regimes of vibration and fluid layers allow effective contact between these particles and this dependence between the studied particle morphology, and these schemes will form the main output of this project. Working arrangements between fluid layers that can be created by the increasing velocity of the gas is motionless layer of the first bubble fluidization, piston fluidization, turbulent fluidization, fast fluidization to pneumatic transport. For each of these systems leads to different structures aerated surface layers and monitoring of the characteristics of different structures are an essential criterion was the re-design fluidized regimes. Among the properties that will be examined include morphology ie, geometric shapes and structures formed by clustering of particles.
